Returns Policy, Refunds and Exchanges.
The Precious Collection by Sleek Hair Ltd have a 14 day returns policy, for items that still have the tag attached, returned in the original packaging. The hair must not appear worn or cut e.g. lace or length. The product(s) must not have been exposed to heat, styling products or any form of chemicals. Following these guidelines, only then can the product(s) be exchanged or refunded. We maintain strict standards for quality assurance for all our orders, they are inspected prior to shipping. Due to the nature of the products we sell, it is unhygienic to return used wigs and hair extensions and no refunds or exchanges can be authorised.

We will reply within 24-48 hours. Please note we do not offer a free returns policy. We recommend you obtain proof of postage or tracking when returning all your goods. We do not take responsibility for lost returns.
All refunds are processed once we have received the returned items. If we agree to issue a refund, we aim to complete all refund payments within 5-7 working days.
Depending on your individual bank, this may take a further few more days to display into your account and show up on your bank statement. Feel free to contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if your refund has not been received after 14 business working days.
